Check-in time: 3pm

Check-out time: 11am

Front Desk hours: Available 24 hours

Check-in requirements: At time of check-in guest must provide a valid government issued photo ID and a credit card for incidentals. No debit or prepaid cards accepted. Must be 21 years or older to rent a room. Must declare all pets and children. Please note all special request are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy: Same day bookings Non-Refundable. Bookings made ahead of time require a 48hr Cancellation time frame, if not cancelled or a no-show guest will be charged 1 nights of stay plus taxes and fees.

Additional Fees

Extra Person Fee – $25.00

Service Fee – $10.00 per day.

Cleaning Fee – $25.00 per stay

Credit Card Transaction fee at 2.8%.

No trailer parking.

No boat slips.

Pet Policy

Pet Type: Dogs Allowed, No Cats allowed.

Cost per night/per pet: $50 Per Night

Maximum pet allowance: 2

Pets must be declared when making reservation. Leash requirements. Pets are not to be left unattended in the room at any time. Pet owner is responsible for picking up pet waste.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in ay rooms. If smoked in a room a cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged to the customer’s credit card.

Parking Policy

One parking spot per room. No visitor parking.

Pool Policy

Only hotel guests are allowed in pool. People who are not guests at the hotel are not allowed in pool.
